Frederick W. Gluck

Mr. Frederick Gluck is a former managing partner (chief executive officer) of McKinsey & Company, Inc., an international management consulting firm. Mr. Gluck retired from McKinsey in 1995 and joined the Bechtel Group, where he served as vice-chairman and director. He retired from Bechtel in 1998 and rejoined McKinsey and company as a consultant until retiring again in 2003.

Mr. Gluck’s past business board memberships include Amgen Inc. and HCA, where he was presiding director. Mr. Gluck also serves as director of a number of eleemosynary organizations, including the Cottage Health System, the Foundation Board of the University of California, Santa Barbara, the Kavli Institute of theoretical Physics and The New York Presbyterian Hospital (Emeritus).

Mr. Gluck earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Manhattan College and an M.S. in the same field from New York University.
